Notes
After moving to Dandenong with her parents in the early 1920's Vera worked in Thomas Blain's Music Shop in Dandenong. She was an accomplished pianist and taught piano. Vera provided selfless and caring attention to her mother (The "Mater") in her latter years and until her death.
Vera has been closely involved with the Presbyterian (Uniting) Church in Dandenong.
Later, she moved to William's Music Shop in Dandenong and was an acknowledged expert on all aspects of recorded music. She retired in her seventy-sixth year and is living a well-earned retirement.
