The Epson Stylus Color 600's high print resolution (1440 x 720) renders subtle variations in colour and texture with greater delicacy and detail than ever before. The new printer driver includes an automatic mode which automatically selects the best settings for (image, text, graphics) to ensure optimum colour print quality. Stylus 1520 (Item # EPP0003)
The Epson Stylus Color 1520 is a high performance 1440x720 dpi colour inkjet printer designed to meet the needs of the most demanding print jobs.

Apart from the EPSON PerfectPicture Imaging System and AcuPhoto Halftoning technologies, the EPSON Stylus COLOR 1520 features a total of 64 dedicated Micro Dot nozzles for each colour ink, and 128 for black ink - roughly triple and double the number of nozzles in its predecessor, the Epson Stylus Color 1500.

Networking the Epson Stylus Color 1520 is achieved by installing an optional Ethernet interface card, which enables the printer to be accessed by both Macintosh and Windows systems. This accessibility is enhanced by the printer's dual (serial and parallel) interfaces for Macintosh and Windows.

Even in CAD applications, the Epson Stylus Color 1520 can be used by installing the EPSON Plot! printing utility for Windows, which enables the printer to print HP-GL and HP-GL/2 files.

In desktop publishing applications, the Epson Stylus Color 1520 provides the means of printing to A2 and SuperA3/B sized paper, with a maximum printable width of 345 mm.

Positioned as a new addition to the Stylus range, the Epson Stylus Photo sets a new standard for photo-reproduction printing. The Epson Stylus Photo is the first 6-Colour printer (CcYMmK) in the Stylus range. As a dedicated photographic printer, the Epson Stylus Photo provides customers with the best photo quality output, without the need to purchase any expensive options.

The new formula 6-Colour QuickDry Inks combined with Epson's Micro Piezo printhead and AcuPhoto Technology delivers smooth gradations and virtually continuous tones. This model will also have a PostScript software option. The Epson drivers provide compatibility with the Microsoft Colour Matching (ICM) System - ColorSync 2.0 for Macintosh & Windows 95.
